It’s pretty simple—you can apply right here on our website. There is a $75 application fee per person and a $300 administrative fee per apartment. We’ll run a quick background and credit check, and once you’re approved, we’ll walk you through the next steps to secure your new home.

Residents are responsible for electric and gas. Having these in your own name gives you total control over your usage. Water, sewer, and trash are handled separately—our leasing team can give you a clear breakdown of how those are billed so there are no surprises.

Tiberon Trails is served by the Merrillville Community School Corporation. We are conveniently located for families attending Merrillville High School and nearby middle and elementary schools.
